Kedron Engineering are a UK based company formed in April 2002, to manufacture and supply a full range of vacuum components including vacuum pumps, valves and fittings, and turbomolecular pumps. We also provide expert subcontract welding facilities with an emphasis on helping customers with new product development and manufacturing of completed assemblies.
The company specialises in the precision T.I.G. Welding of Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys (Hastelloy, Inconel and Monel) and Aluminum Alloys. Fusion welding of thin sections from 0.1mm thick and upwards and fusion or filler welding of thick sections enables us to process a wide range of products.
Our company manufactures flexible hose and bellows using 316L Stainless Steel. This is hydraulically formed and available for sale in standard and bespoke measurements. We also source rotary vane and turbomolecular pumps from China. The same can be said of our vacuum pumps, fittings and valves.
Kedron Engineering has full CAD capabilities, machine shop, well equipped inspection department (including Helium Mass Spectrometer leak detection) and quality management systems accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
The company is built around its customers' requirements. Whatever the industry, our aim is to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery dates quoted to our customers are strictly adhered to and our in-house facilities allow us to provide shorter lead times and better control over deliveries than many of our competitors.
